What do you really want with regard to your health and fitness?


Think how you would like to see yourself and keep that image in your mind. While you are doing it, imagine what you would be doing if this were the new "You". How different would you feel and relate to your colleagues, friends and family? Do you accept the challenges of life with a different attitude? Would he be able to taste the different tastes of life and live every day to the fullest, instead of simply following the movements of life in a survival mode?

When was the last time you thought about the fate of your health and fitness? People express their desire to have a different body and their need to improve their health. They say they have tried a variety of different approaches, from painful diets that promise express results, to intensive training routines that demand exceptional results, only to end up in frustration and with their energy levels completely exhausted.

Start by creating a clear vision of what you want to achieve and, as a result, see with your own eyes the different possible ways to get there. When you are contemplating this new Vision; put sounds, tastes, smells, colors, emotions and feelings, so that you are completely convinced of the idea of achieving that vision, regardless of the obstacles or difficulties you may encounter.

The Human Mind is like a child, whatever you give him to play, he will take it blindly. Every thought you entertain creates an impression in your memory bank. This impression will have an emotional charge, which will consist of colors, smells, sounds and feelings that have been associated with it. The more you entertain any thought, the greater the footprint in your memory bank and the greater the impact it will have on your life. The thoughts that you give your mind to entertain will contribute to your reality ... these thoughts will also become the real projections of what you call reality.

Commitment

Assign a couple of minutes to you this week to build your final vision of health and fitness, one that suits your dreams, one that reaches higher and deeper than before; one that makes your heart beat faster and your skin tremble with anticipation.

Add a lot of color, turn up the volume, push the emotions you experience to the limit and visualize the impact this new "You" will have on your personal life and the lives of the people around you.

Once you have this mental image, connect it and commit yourself to mentally entertain this thought every day: wake up with it, go to work with it, sleep with it, breathe it ...
